How long does a remodel take?
A bathroom typically runs 3–5 weeks, a kitchen 6–10 weeks, and a whole-home remodel 3–6 months. Timelines depend on scope, permitting, and material lead times. You’ll get a written schedule with milestones before we start — and updates every week while we’re in your home.
What does the process look like?
Five steps: (1) free in-home consultation, (2) design and material selections, (3) fixed-price proposal and contract, (4) permits and construction, (5) final walkthrough and punch list. One project manager stays with you from start to finish.
How much does a remodel cost?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed in Florida and carrying general liability and workers’ comp insurance. We pull all required permits for your city or county, and we’re happy to share our license number and certificates on request.
Can I live in my home during the remodel?
Most clients stay for single-room projects. We set up dust barriers, protect floors and pathways, and clean the work area daily. For whole-home remodels — or when the only kitchen or bathroom is offline — we’ll be upfront during planning about whether staying is practical.
Do you handle design and material selection?
Yes — design is built into what we do. We help with layouts, cabinetry, tile, countertops, fixtures, and lighting, and we’ll bring samples to you. If you already have an interior designer or architect, we work alongside them.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Our workmanship is covered by a 2-year warranty, and manufacturer warranties on cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances pass directly to you. If something isn’t right after we’ve gone, call us — we come back.
